Common questions
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No account and no sign-up. The calculator and tools work offline. Buying a plan, restoring a purchase and the first check of your plan need an internet connection.
Do I need to pay?
Yes. Every feature needs the free trial or a plan: Yearly, an auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or Lifetime, paid once with Family Sharing. The price and any trial are shown in the app before you confirm. The full terms are in the terms of use.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel in your Apple Account; deleting the app does not cancel it.
- On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Or, in the app, open Settings → Your plan → Manage subscription.
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial or current period ends. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
I got a new iPhone or reinstalled the app. How do I get my plan back?
Sign in with the Apple Account that bought it, open the app and tap Restore on the plans screen, or go to Settings → Your plan → Restore Purchases. If the app says "No purchases found for this Apple Account.", check that you are signed in to the App Store with the account you bought with.
Can my family use my purchase?
Lifetime includes Family Sharing: members of your Apple Family Sharing group can restore it on their own iPhones. The Yearly plan is not shared.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments, so refunds go through Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the purchase.
The plans screen says it can't reach the App Store.
Prices and purchases come from the App Store. Check your internet connection and tap Try again. If you already have a plan, tap Restore.
Where is my history, and how do I delete it?
Your history, settings and tool inputs are stored on your iPhone (and in its backups, if you have them turned on). History keeps your newest 1,000 calculations. To delete it, open History, tap More (…), then Clear All, and confirm. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored on the iPhone. We have no copy, so we cannot recover a lost history.
What does the app collect?
The app never sends your calculations, inputs or answers to us or to analytics; they leave your iPhone only when you share or copy them. The app sends usage events with a random identifier, and technical details, to PostHog, and your App Store purchase records to RevenueCat so it can unlock your plan. See the privacy policy.
